CANCELLATION POLICY
At Zabuks House of Beauty, we strive to provide the best service for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect everyone’s time, we have the following cancellation policy in place: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a 30% fee of the total service cost will be charged. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to this fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen situations. However, last-minute cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients.
